Minor differences in colour, texture, fit, finish, sizing, stitching, packaging, or appearance may occur and do not automatically mean the product is faulty.
Sizing and Fit
Customers are responsible for checking the product description, size guide, measurements, and fit information before placing an order.
Sizing information is provided as a guide only. Fit may vary depending on body shape, layering, personal preference, and how the coat is worn.
Choosing the wrong size, not liking the fit, or changing your mind after receiving the product does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
Travel, Airline, and Airport Disclaimer
Our travel coat is designed to help organise and carry personal travel items.
We do not guarantee that using the coat will:
- Avoid airline baggage fees
- Avoid carry-on restrictions
- Avoid airport security checks
- Avoid customs checks
- Avoid airline weight limits
- Avoid denied boarding
- Be accepted by every airline, airport, security authority, or customs authority
Airlines, airports, security staff, customs officers, and border authorities have their own rules and discretion.
You are responsible for checking airline baggage rules, airport rules, customs rules, and travel requirements before travelling.
Torvian is not responsible for airline baggage fees, missed flights, airport delays, denied boarding, customs issues, confiscated items, travel disruption, or any decision made by an airline, airport, security authority, customs authority, or government authority.
Product Use and Customer Responsibility
You agree to use our products responsibly and only for their intended purpose.
You should not overload pockets, force zips or seams, carry unsafe items, carry prohibited items, or use the product in a way that could cause damage, discomfort, injury, or breach travel rules.
Torvian is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, overloading, incorrect care, improper washing, rough handling, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
Water-Resistant Products
If a product is described as water-resistant, this means it is designed to resist light rain or splashes.
Water-resistant does not mean fully waterproof.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, our products are not designed for heavy rain, storms, prolonged exposure to water, extreme weather, or submersion.
A water-resistant product not keeping you completely dry in heavy rain or prolonged wet conditions does not automatically mean the product is faulty.
Orders
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order where permitted by law, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- There is a pricing error
- There is a product description error
- We suspect fraud or unauthorised payment
- The order appears suspicious or high risk
- Shipping is unavailable to your location
- Your payment fails or is reversed
- We are unable to fulfil the order for a valid reason
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item unless we are legally entitled to withhold or deduct an amount.

Pricing Errors

We are not required to supply a product at an incorrect price where the error is obvious, accidental, or not intended by us.
Pre-Orders
Some products may be sold as pre-orders.
If you purchase a pre-order product, you understand that the product may not be ready to ship immediately.
Estimated shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to production timelines, supplier delays, quality checks, freight delays, customs clearance, warehouse delays, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, pre-order cancellations are not guaranteed unless required by law, or unless we notify you of a significant delay and offer you the option to cancel.
If we cannot ship your order within the advertised timeframe, we will provide an update. Where required by law, you may be offered the choice to accept the delay or receive a refund.
Once your pre-order has shipped, it is treated as a normal shipped order under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times shown on our website are estimates only unless we clearly state otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs delays, weather, public holidays, warehouse delays, incorrect addresses, or high order volumes.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Torvian is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost parcels, or extra costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we may deduct shipping costs, return costs, and handling costs from any refund where permitted by law.
International Orders, Customs, Duties, and Taxes
If you order from outside Australia, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country.
These charges are your responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

This includes, but is not limited to, returns because you chose the wrong size, changed your mind, no longer need the item, do not like the fit, do not like the style, found a similar product cheaper elsewhere, or your travel plans changed.

For Australian customers, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
